REFLEXOLOGY V.R.T
Reflexology has a soothing effect and may help with ailments, pain, stress, anxiousness, depression, back pain, blood pressure, lymphodema and much more.
Reflexology is working on the feet with a pressure applied by the therapist.
V.R.T. Vertical Reflex Therapy - For about 3 minutes the client stands while the therapist works on the feet, then back to conventional reflexology. This has a profound good effect on the spine which helps sciatic pain, digestive problems as well as depression.
Lymphatic Drainage - About 16 years ago a client came to me suffering with Lymphodema. I knew that i could help the symptoms so I went on a course to learn how to do Lymphatic drainage (indirect) on the feet. It works and is recognised by the Lymphoedema Association. The client is still with me today.
Please note that whilst Reflexology may help in the healing and maintaining a healthy body, it does not replace conventional treatments or claim to cure ailments, it works alongside conventional medicine/treatments.
AROMATHERAPY
Aromatherapy massage is very gentle, relaxing, soothing and healing. I use pure and natural essential oils for their therapeutic and balancing effect on the mind body and spirit. This can help all physical symptoms, general aches and pains, sports injuries, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, back pain,headaches, migraines, menopause, PMS symptoms, fertility issues as well as emotional problems, anxiety, insomnia, phobias and stress.
All treatments are taylor made to suit your individual requirements. I determine your unique massage with a consultation. I then choose the essential oils to blend in a carrier oil, to give you the ultimate therapeutic and relaxing experience. I can also combine the aromatherapy massage with reflexology or reiki healing, to enhance the treatment, and work synergistically to restore your bodies natural equilibrium.

FACIALS
A truly relaxing experience, promotes healthy smooth, silky soft glowing complexion, tones facial muscles, reduces fine lines and wrinkles by regular facials.
All beauty products are hand made by myself. The products are vegan, 95% organic, not tested on animals and are chemically free.
CRYSTAL & COLOUR THERAPY
Crystal healing is a holistic and natural therapy that uses the energetic power of crystals and how they affect the body and mind. Crystal therapy works by placing healing crystals on or around the client to help unblock, balance and focus energy where it is most needed. This gently supports the body to heal in a therapeutic way. Crystal healing is an energy-based system and is based on the belief that we are all made up of different energies. When this becomes stagnant, unbalanced or blocked, it can lead to illness. Holding and being near to different types of crystals is thought to affect our energies on an emotional, physical, mental and spiritual level.
Colour Therapy aims to balance and enhance the client’s energy centres/chakras by using the colours of the light spectrum, this can help to stimulate the body's own healing process.
Colour Therapy can be used for any emotional, physical, mental, spiritual or any specific problem as well as a complete body relaxation therapy.
Colour energy can be the catalyst for our body’s healing process and encourages normal and healthy workings of the body.

Reiki
I am a Reiki Master USUI teacher.
Reiki may reduce stress and contribute to relaxation, clients may be able to get better, more restful sleep after treatment. This may contribute to better hormonal balance and a more normal appetite.
USUI REIKI
Reiki is an energy healing practice that is usually done by placing the hands in a series of positions over or slightly above the body. Reiki promotes healing by activating the relaxation response and helping the body to balance itself from a very deep level.
ANGELIC REIKI
Angelic Reiki is a safe, high frequency, multidimensional system of healing. Angelic Reiki works at soul level, treating the root cause of any condition, promoting very deep healing and transformation.
